Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

• Clients are required to pay at least 50% of the total project amount in advance before work begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid within 15 days of project submission by DG My Business.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance within 15 days may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to the client.

2. Domain and Hosting

• If domain and hosting services are required, clients have the option to either:
  • Purchase these services through DG My Business, in which case the costs must be paid to us.
  • Purchase domain and hosting independently, with assistance from DG My Business if needed.
• Any costs associated with domain and hosting are separate from the project fees and will be clearly outlined.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide clear, detailed instructions regarding their requirements and the services they wish to avail.
• Any changes or additional requirements communicated after the project begins may incur additional costs and timelines, which will be discussed and agreed upon.

4. Post-Project Support

• Upon project completion, DG My Business provides free service and updates for a period of 3 months.
• This support includes minor updates and bug fixes related to the original project scope, unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund & Return Policy

• Refunds are not applicable once a project has reached its mid-stage or later, especially if cancellation is due to a change of mind or other non-critical reasons.
• Clients may request a refund only if the final delivery does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or if the project has not been started.
• Charges for domain registration and hosting are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are purchased from third-party providers.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval by our team.

6. General Terms

• DG My Business reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to clients.
• All services are subject to agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing before commencement.
